Send support requests to support@lessonhatch.com. Use a short subject line and include the best address to reply to if you are writing from a shared inbox.

Before you send a message

One message with the key facts is more useful than a long thread without context.

If the issue happened in the app, include the page you were on, the approximate time it happened, and any visible request ID or error text.

  • What you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What happened instead
  • Screenshots or copied error text when available

When to contact support

Use support for account access issues, broken pages, questions about public policies, or product feedback that needs a direct follow-up.

Security and privacy

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, or other secrets in a support email.

If you are reporting a sensitive security issue, send only the details needed to reproduce or assess the problem. The team can request follow-up information if needed.

Response and follow-up

Support requests are handled by email. Replies may come from the LessonHatch team member best placed to help with the topic of your request.

If the issue continues after your first message, reply in the same email thread so the existing context stays together.
