These baseline terms describe the public conditions for accessing LessonHatch at launch. They are intentionally narrow and focused on safe use, account integrity, and product stability.
Scope
These terms cover the initial public marketing and product-access surface. Additional product modules may introduce more specific terms later.
Using LessonHatch
You must use LessonHatch lawfully and only for legitimate educational, evaluation, or business purposes related to the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and access methods.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse automated workflows, or use LessonHatch in ways that create security, legal, or operational risk.
- Do not reverse engineer or probe protected systems
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material
- Do not bypass rate limits, authentication, or authorization controls
- Do not represent generated content as reviewed when it has not been reviewed by you
Availability and changes
LessonHatch may change, suspend, or remove features as the product evolves toward broader release. We aim to communicate material changes clearly on the public site or through account channels when appropriate.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis during launch readiness work, without any promise that every feature will remain unchanged or continuously available.
Responsibility and contact
You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any teaching or learning materials generated through the service before use.
